This item was shipped to my Son in BC to his college. He has yet to recieve it. The tracking number has said "ready to ship" for weeks now. Someone told me they would look into what happened and I have heard nothing. This was not a cheap item to purchase or ship and I really would like someone to truly look onto it and make sure this gets to my Son. We didn't have this problem when we ordered on for my daughter in Ontario a year ago. Not sure what's going on!
