RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange within 30 days after the delivery date (except when an item states FINAL SALE).

International orders can be returned at the customers cost, but are not available for exchanges.

Made Alive Goods products are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

LOST ORDERS

Push Project is not responsible for lost orders. Once it is sent out and fulfilled, it is out of our hands. If your tracking number says that your order is delivered but you still haven't received your order, we encourage waiting a day or two. Sometimes it'll show up past your expected delivery date because it is scanned early.

Push Project is not responsible for when the customer fills in an incorrect shipping address. Orders with insufficient shipping addresses are typically sent back to us. These orders will be refunded, and we will notify you when this happens.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new, unused and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@pushprojectco.com to obtain a free return label.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS    

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service e-mail below to arrange a refund or exchange.
